Todays the day for Real Estate!

Well, today is the day. I can not think of a better day to sit at my computer and see how many new ways I can come up with new business strategy to increase my business. And that is not all I have come up with. I thought of new ideas for Client Services as well. I seem to have one of those brains that never ceases to think. I know the media paints a horrible picture of the market, but I think like anything else, it is what YOU make of it. Over the past couple of years some folks made decisions that backfired on them with purchasing a home. Unfortunately, mistakes like this are not uncommon. Just watch Deal or No Deal and you will see how when things are looking good people get greedy and want more. Sometimes that more puts you in danger of loosing it all. I educate my customers and clients so that they will not be tempted by all those "Better than Life" deals out there. You just have to use common sense and not get caught up in the game. There are still good deals to be had, and if you have a little savings the deals can be awesome. But unfortunately for some of those who made a bad decision it will take time to regroup. Hopefully we have all learned a valuable lesson about borrowing more than we can truly afford. Hopefully we will all make good informed decisions when it comes to purchasing a home.
